I've stayed at high end hotels around the country and this little Motel puts them to same. They care about their guest and treat them well. They have over 20 security cameras which is awesome because no one is stealing from their lot. Great people and very clean.

I recently stayed at this property as a was driving across the street. The property is impeccably clean. The staff is kind and helpful and the price was very affordable and it is in a perfect location for highway and State Road access. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone 10 out of 10.

Great value for the $ for a place to stop on our road trip - perfect. Older one-story motel. Room was redone, clean, bed was comfy and property was well lit! Will definitely choose again when passing through. No frills. The owner was super nice and even brewed us coffee in the early morning before we departed!

The first thing is, the rooms are super clean. The owners of the motel are the staff and they are spectacular. There is an enormous amount of parking. They do have AC. It is wall unit. This is a small motel which I think 30 rooms. There are plenty of restaurants in this town. We have stayed here three or four times now and we will stay here every time we are nearing this little town of Perry Florida.
