"Lunch lines can be a little crazy if you want to eat by the pool and there are not a lot of choices. The hotel is perfect for families. Not much nightlife and there isn’t an outdoor bar to get drinks at after dinner. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly! "

"Room cleanliness and condition were exceptional. Restaurant quality and service was amazing. Breakfast and lunch buffet not my favorite, but better if you go early, food goes fast. Favorite area was the adult only pool area. Loved being connected to Xcaret Park, easy walk. The lush natural habitat and animals was what brought us to this resort, away from concrete Cancun. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient access to bus transportation, making it easy to get around. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, which made watching the sunrise every morning a real highlight. The hotel was clean throughout our stay, and towels were changed daily, which we appreciated. Breakfast was continental but offered a good selection to start the day. The staff were generally okay, though they could have been a bit more friendly—smiles were rare. That said, this didn’t take away too much from our overall experience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would consider returning"
