"The staff were great and friendly! The restaurant had great food. The hotel itself has potential to be beautiful. The main pool on the lower level was not clean. There is a smell when you arrive due to the swamp area near the hotel. There isn’t access to the beach you do have to travel about 15-20 minutes away."

"The hotel did not have any of the fun activities mentioned in the informational video in the tv. Also if you want to sit in the cabanas right by the pool that has a swim up bar you need to pay/buy a bootle service otherwise you can’t seat there. The food was bland. The pool upstairs was half empty and the one on the other side was closed. Overall this hotel was boring and empty, it didn’t have a lot of guests and now I know why. I will not stay here again."

"The rooms are dated, pretty old and very basic. We did not have hot water in the room for 2 days. Even though we paid for all inclusive package nothing was free except the buffet even though it was advertised that at least 3-5 places to eat are included. The staff would not speak English and only Spanish and was rude just expecting to get paid for everything and was charged for a blanket $150 at the check out. Very disappointing!!!! "
