The shuttle service was a distater. Upon arrival we call for aoick up from the airport and was told we need towait 2 hours. That is unaaceptable. That sot us an extra 60 bucks plus tip and aggrevation. Then when we needed a ride to the airport they said be in the lobbly at 1245 which we were. The suttle arrived 30 minutes later. The worst part if the shuttle is we told hime we are traveling on Southwest and was dropped off a terminal 3 instead of 4 that cost onther 40 cab ride over to there,. The hotel itslef was nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room ammenities were nice in the king suite with friendly staff. Location n the highway was not very pleasant. We star at the hyatt often but this experience does not bode well with the franchise.I would like to some kind of thr credit for the costs inccurrered with the taxi shuttle bak and forthe as this was a major part of the reason we cho the cancrun Park Hyatt Aeropuerto

Clean, new, spacious. Great pool. Beds were comfortable. Very busy hotel. Front desk was understaffed.

It was a terrible experience. I waited 2 hours for the Airport shuttle, it was previously reserved and never arrived. I tried to call to the hotel and no body answered for the whole 2 hours. Finally I arrived to the hotel in a very expensive cab and the room smelled very bad.

Rude staff, poor customer service and don’t even try calling the hotel to arrange an airport transfer because they will never pickup the phone and you will be forced to take a $100 taxi to the hotel

We booked a room with two queen beds and got a room with one king bed. When leaving we accidentally forgot a bag behind in the lobby area. When we realize that we tried calling several times and nobody answered, we spent two days trying to contact someone at the hotel before actually going back to see if they could review the video of the lobby area. They gave us a hard time and didn’t want to do it. It was clear there was a cover-up.

The hotel was very nice but we booked this hotel for an airport shuttle. There was no shuttle available when we arrived and the taxi to go 3 miles was almost $100 USD. Expedia was absolutely no help at all. When I tried to contact the hotel no one would answer. They state a shuttle is not available if you do not contact the hotel to reserve. But if they do not answer the phone how do you reserve? For the return trip to the airport the next morning all shuttles were full. Use Uber. Avoid the taxi scam. And don’t count on Expedia to be any help at all.

We arrived at 10 pm the front desk had tons of people waiting for rooms we waited 30 mins to find out only one of our rooms was ready. Told to comeback in 45 minutes so at 1130 pm . When we arrived back our second room was still not available at this time I was told it would be 2 hours . I said so 2 am I wanted a refund for the second room and was told that Expedia would have to refund me . It’s been a week I have not received a refund yet.

This place is a scam, when I called for a ride fork the airport that was supposed to be included they said I have to pay because it’s before 3pm and my flight arrived at 12 so I had to pay $56USD. For my ride back to the airport the next day the guy at the front desk told me that it’s only free in the morning but for the afternoon I have to pay again, so I arranged a different method of transport but just before I left one of the hotel drivers said he couldn’t drive me for free because it’s included. Be careful staying here because the guys at the front desk will try to take your money for nothing. Also I checked out later and that same person asked for $50 but another worker said I didn’t have to pay anything so I got lucky that time. Also the cleaning staff kept coming into our room without knocking thinking we weren’t there, this happened 3 times.

Very disappointing experience – misleading shuttle info and poor quality overall When booking this hotel, it clearly states that there is a free airport shuttle. However, when I arrived at the front desk around 1:00 pm, I was told the last shuttle left at noon and that no other shuttles were available. This was never disclosed in advance. The hotel then offered to arrange a taxi for around $50—for a ride that takes about 7 minutes. I called an Uber instead and paid under $20, which says it all. In the room, the only coffee provided was decaf. When I asked staff for regular coffee, I was told that’s all they have. Breakfast was also very poor—limited options, and the coffee served there was honestly undrinkable. On top of that, the location is terrible. The hotel is in an ugly industrial area with no walkable options for food or drinks nearby. Even for a short stay in Cancun, this is not a good choice. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere—there are many better hotels in Cancun with honest policies, better service, and decent surroundings. Stay away.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Great mid-point if you’re headed to Tulum or Holbox & need somewhere to stay overnight. Delicious breakfast and nice staff!

Clean hotel, good breakfast, but the receptionist was the rudest person we have ever met at a hotel , he refused to help us with airport shuttle saying it was not available and can only arrange a private transportation if we wanted at the desired time for 800 pesos which is 3 times more than an uber ride. We ended up taking an uber. He kept interrupting me when I tried to explain that the reason we booked the hotel was for the airport shuttle that was advertised on Expedia. He did not let me talk. He was very rude and unprofessional. We wrote a message to the hotel management but got no response either, so I do not recommend this hotel to travelers who plan to use the airport shuttle. We only stayed here for one night due to its proximity to the airport before returning our rental car.

We only stayed 1 night but it was sufficient to enjoy our stay. It was clean, super comfortable beds, new hotel, shower, everything was absolutely wonderful. Location, breakfast and shuttle service to the airport were great assests. Highly recommend and will be back!

The hotel airport shuttle did not arrive, and the telephone number on the booking did not work. We contacted Hyatt three times to request the shuttle and the hotel still did not send a pick up. We waited in total 2.5 hours at the airport and finally had to take a taxi to the hotel at our cost. Upon checking in I made a complaint direct to the manager, who refused to reimburse the taxi and falsely claimed that the shuttle had been at the airport and had collected passengers waiting with us, when we had instead witnessed them also take a taxi when the shuttle did not show up. I will be submitting a complaint about this service via Expedia.

Chambre correcte, personnels de nettoyage professionnel. Sinon tout est archaïque. D’abord le service de transport proposé ne marche pas. Aucune façon de rentrer en contact avec l’hôtel, ni par courriel, ni par téléphone. Ils vous font remplir une forms sans confirmation. Arriver à l’aéroport nous avons passé plus de 1h30 à essayer de les joindre sans succès. Finalement nous nous sommes arrangés par nous même. Personnel de réception et de la salle de petit déjeuner débordés. Check in et check out super lent. Moi, j’ai choisi l’hôtel par le fait que c’est récent. À part ça ne vous attendez pas à grand chose comme service.

My booking information clearly indicated airport transportation, however no pickup was provided from the airport. Despite repeated attempts, the hotel did not answer our calls, and the Expedia representative was unable to assist us at the time. As a result, we were forced to arrange our own transportation and paid approximately $100 out of pocket just to reach the hotel. This caused unnecessary stress after a long journey and significantly impacted our experience. What made this situation worse was the complete lack of support from both the hotel and Expedia. At no point was a solution offered, nor was any responsibility taken. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this stay, I find both the hotel and Expedia unreliable, and I am requesting compensation for the transportation cost incurred due to this failure. Please review this matter urgently and advise on the next steps for reimbursement.

Super easy check in, had to show my passport , one signature and I received my room key. Super friendly staff, shuttle driver was great, very professional! Forgot his name.. Look for Shuttle with logo and they walk some with Hyatt sign. Restaurant small but good service, salad was good. Cold beer. Clean room, could be a little cleaner. Pool is great.
