"The general upkeep of the property was in poor shape. It was dirty in the halls. The restaurant food wasn’t very good in the cafe. Our room in the platinum tower was nice and clean so that was positive."

"everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were...

"I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay."

"Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent."

"For the price they charge, the room was in bad condition. A window cracked. A side lamp dangling off the wall and the air-conditioning does NOTwork in the hall ways. Also the hair dryer doesn't work well. I should have saved my money and gone to Motel 6!!!"

"Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well"

The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests."

"Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again."
