"Our room had not been dusted and was a little dirty. The water in the toilet and shower was yellow. The pool was very cloudy and kind of gross. I felt itchy when I got out. The tv did not work and the front desk lady hung up on me when I was trying to figure out how to get it working . I would not recommend this place."

"everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. "We have stayed a few times at the Scarlet Pearl. Property clean, most staff are nice. My only complaint is the check in to use the elevators to get to your room. You have to show your driver's license every time, even when they just saw you 5 minutes ago. If they can't remember your face 5 minutes ago, maybe they should not be checking you in."

Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in.
