"Be aware that this is an European designed hotel. Very industrial in interior design. No separate bathroom. Sink was next to the bed. Shower had a sliding door to close it off with the toilet. Hotel is ok for one night but not the 4 we stayed. Had to ask two separate days for clean towels and for the waste baskets to be empty. "

"Loved the beautiful grounds and convenient location. Kept very clean. Friendly staff. Nightly rate is pretty high considering you have an additional daily $35 resort fee, $40/day to park your car, only get a free lounge chair by the pool, need to pay $29/day for them on the beach. Can't sit at the tables by tiki bar unless you order something. Drink and food is outrageously priced. Aside from nickle & dimeing you to death, its a beautiful place. "

"Was honestly very disappointed with my stay. Room check in is the latest I have seen, typically seen around 3 o clock. When the property is not that busy they give the available room. This property can care less about the customer arriving early on a flight. We arrived at the hotel at 10am , was told they will try to have our room available sooner check back at 2pm, checked back at 2 not available, then again at 3 , then again at 3:30. At 3:30 we got confirmation they would put us on a list to get done sooner as they are working on cleaning the room. So four a clock we finally enter our “clean” room. Instantly went to the shower and saw hair all over the walls of the shower. Not very clean. Shower barely functioning , a couple of drips / no pressure. Walls are extremely thin hearing everything the people next door were doing in the bathroom. Then the next day waking up and finding silverfish in the bathroom. Would not recommend this place."

"This is a very cool resort!Main Lobby & Reception area is super stylish & inviting! I didn't stay in the more modern tower, I was over in what they call the Garden Hotel (probably the original 2 story unit). The rooms were very clean/comfortable. I loved the styling! There are several light accents & cool privacy screens for the window. Everything was well maintained/sturdy. Bed was very comfy too. There's a ton of parking behind the property, but the closer lot fills up fast if you don't arrive until later. I loved the bracelet key cards so you could just hold your wrist up to the doors for entry. Pools were very nice & plenty of entertainment/drink options everywhere. They were working on the main lawn the whole time, so most of the grass activities weren't accessible a majority of the time. There's a Starbucks onsite which grants visitors a discount. It was a super cool place & I might be staying there again for my next visit!"
