AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed my stay there. Staff were helpful. The place was very clean. The location is in the heart of the French Quarter."

Moody Gardens Hotel, Spa and Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Family friendly, tons of activities for kids and families, super close to Schlitterbahn with free shuttle to and from! 4 days at least to enjoy all the amenities and activities!"

The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach
6/10 Okay
"Pool area is nice, the back patio area is nice. They have stuff for the kids to do if you have kids, you pay for it regardless if you have kids or not in the resort fees they tack on. Our refrigerator in the room quit working the first night there, lost all of our yogurt and milk we bought. The staff didn't offer us anything for the loss or did they even show up to fix anything. Our beach front door leaked and water covered or room floor one night when it rained soaking stuff we had on the floor. There is no storage space at all in a single king beach front room, or any room for that matter. Small cubbie holes around the tv area is all you got. It's located in a nice area but for what I payed per night I have had alot nicer stays in other resorts."

Bourbon Orleans Hotel
4/10 Poor
"We stayed at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel last week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering the high price we paid for the stay. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout our visit. On top of that, the air quality smelled heavily of mildew, which caused severe allergy symptoms during our stay. The hot water situation was equally frustrating. We had to let the shower run for nearly 30 minutes before the water became warm enough to use, and when we reported it, staff simply blamed it on the building’s “old pipes” rather than offering a real solution or accommodation. To make matters worse, we found blood stains on one of the pillows and eyelashes on the bed sheets upon arrival, which made us seriously question the cleanliness standards of the hotel. Overall, we regret spending so much money to stay here. The location may be convenient, but the condition of the room, cleanliness concerns, and lack of resolution from staff made this an extremely disappointing experience."

Beachside Resort Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Staff was very nice - but the place is not that clean. Close the ocean, that was a plus. Needs some TLC by the owners"

Margaritaville Resort Biloxi
6/10 Okay
"Booked the room check in at 4p.m. made it there at 4 couldn't check in until 530p.m front desk clerk was very rude"

Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach
10/10 Excellent
"Everything! Brooke was so helpful at the pool!"

Kompose Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent

Blue Flamingo Resort Key West
2/10 Terrible
"Very disappointing, read why. If a hot tub/real restaurants are important/necessary to you, do not book here. They claim there is a hot tub on the premises, it is actually a 7 minute walk to a completely different hotel. (The properties are owned by the same company, this is false advertising. When we did make it there, the hot tub jets were not working & maintenance was aware of the situation previously said another couple. I suppose it was not guest priority. The original hot tub in the pool area is now a plastic grass circle in front of the “gym”. When I addressed this issue of via text, I was brushed off for 3 days telling me they were “relaying the message to the complaint team”, which I’m sure didn’t exist & was only computer generated. Who wants to walk thru an abandoned parking lot, thru a row of palm trees, at dark just to sit in a hot pool? Is that even safe? When I checked out, the site manager,Adrian, asked about our stay. I told him of my disappointment considering I booked this trip to use a hot tub several times a day for my muscle condition. After being confrontational, he gave me a $50 resort fee for 1 day although my stay was 3.Do not be fooled, tiki bars are the “restaurants” with the same food everyday & the one tikibar at the main pool actually shuts down @5pm. Although Expedia says they give you a $15 food/beverage credit, the tiki bartender said it comes off the final bill, it did not. Courtyard is great however gets locked down 1030 so no after hour fun"
