"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."

We (2 couples) booked 2 over water bungalows that we had to pay up front for. We stayed 1 night in one and 2 nights in the other. We ended up booking into the resort next door for the remainder of our time losing our money already paid (they resold our bungalows). "Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. "
