"Exceptional in every way. This resort cannot be faulted. The attention to detail is second to none - there is nothing they have not thought of, to make your stay special. We have stayed in the best resorts all over the world from the Maldives to Dubai to Mexico. The Conrad Koh Samui sits on the shoulders of all others. From our concierge, Bill, whose helpful, attentive and kind nature was the highlight of the trip, to Sanah who welcomed us to breakfast every single day with the broadest smile, to Ae whose kind nature to our son Atti was so special, to the housekeepers Pat and Pa. Every single member of staff was wonderful. And the location is perfect. At the quiet and secluded south tip of the island away from the hustle of the North, but still within easy reach. Will definitely return."

"The deluxe hilltop room view was amazing, and far enough from beach noise to sleep peacefully. The staff was very helpful, The restaurant food was wonderful and some of the best available. The dive shop and diving staff made staying at Bans the best trip to Koh Tao ever."

"Beautiful location. Villas a little tired and need a freshen up. Non motorised pool activities should be free. Charging to use inflatable pool toys was a bit much. Needed some activities around pool area to liven it up. If you want to be left alone, then this resort is for you. Great location for theme park, safari and grand world. We enjoyed the south of island much more due to calmer beach."

"The resort really impressed us. Check in was fast and had a welcome drink. The room was large, had great internet connection, was clean and had a good shower. The lighting in the bathroom was too dark for shaving though and needs to be brighter. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a station set up to make egg dishes. They had many pastries and fresh fruit. We visited 2 pools that were clean and enjoyable. The beach by the resort is one of the best in Thailand. A 7-11 is near the resort also. On a morning walk at 9am, I saw only 3 people. They had a good fire show at 8pm on Friday night. The Beach restaurant at the resort was great. We ate dinner there 3 times and the dishes were good. I ate a squid dish with salted eat. The check out was fast and easy. I called the front desk, and they arrived with a cart to move the bags to the front. I recommend this resort and would return."

"Great resort. The beach area could be set up better for usage. The location is a little far from downtown and needs a taxi ride to get there. But the property and room was wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic! Would stay here again for sure in a relaxing setting."
