"The room was clean, the breakfast is fine but needs more fresh fruit options, and the two coffee machines are a great addition but one stopped working and there was only one available for everyone, which was not enough at all! Maybe have brewed coffee already made for quick and efficient access.
The hotel staff were great, especially Chloi and Francine, who were exceptional!

"Not very sound proof rooms. You can hear the neighbors, elevators, and ice machines. Pool music plays til 11 on weekends so if you have a room that faces the pool, it will be loud until that time.
