The outdoor pool was nicer than any others in the area and the access to the beach was so convenient. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from the 15th floor. Will will definitely be staying again.

This is the first time we have every stayed here and we recommend it, We went off season 12 -23 but there is a indoor pool for our grandkids and it was still nice to walk on the beach.

The location and view were amazing. Our condo was on the 15 floor which made it easy to see the ocean. The reason for four stars is because the night before we were suppose to leave the property manager said we needed to be out of the condo by 8am. That was not idea on our last day of vacation because we wanted to wake up and go walk the beach for the last time. Our check out time was suppose to be 10am. They needed us out because they were doing construction which I had no idea about this happening when I booked 4 months prior. We had no warning about the management needing us out early when booking. It would have been nice to have a warning. They also do not supply you with enough dish pods to do the dishes before you leave. We were left 2 pods for a 5 day trip. I would recommend leaving enough pods to do dishes at least once a day. (They expect you to do the dishes before you leave and have them put away) Overall not a bad experience and we might book this condo again.

The building was fine. The condo appeared clean and nice, but then shower curtain had mildew and my grandson came home with bedbug bites. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Good place, just needs a few touch ups and updates

It was good. The place could use paint and a definite carpet replacement. The carpet was pretty dirty, old and worn out. A little paint in the walls, clean out the bathtub drain area, scrub the floors, clean out washing machine Softener compartment and it would look so much better. The kitchen countertops, dining table and chairs, couches were beautiful. Even though the be kind of squeaked when you got in, it was very comfortable! One of the sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock. There was not enough forks for 6 people, glad I brought disposable forks with me. These are just some little things that could improve the place. The C. Towers phone number does NOT work; it lists options to choose from, but none of them work. I did get in touch with an agent from other Company numbers, though. LOVED the walkway that crosses above the street to get to the beach! Overall, it was a good place to stay. Just a few improvement touch ups and I would have rated this place the best rating.

Unit 904 was very disappointing. The floors were disgusting dirty! The carpets were visibly filthy and coming apart. You wouldn't want to walk around with out anything on your feet. It looked like bed bugs would be there so we turned over all the beds down to the bed frame and we only found a dead one in the second bedroom. No live ones. My light socks were ruined from the filth even after bleaching them. The beds were the most uncomfortable ever and the cheapest most uncomfortable pillows ever made, my husband and I got no sleep just tossing and turning all night. There weren't enough dishes for anyone doing any real cooking, just the bare minimum. Non functional blender. Sink stopped up constantly. Toilet in master stopped up constantly, good thing they had plungers! The best thing about the whole experience was the view from the balcony, there was a breezeway from the building right to the beach, there were 3 pools with one indoor and two hot tubs, sauna, workout room.

Took our grand kids to the beach and they loved the accommodations. The breeze way to the beach was fantastic! Pools and exercise room were good also. We want to come back next summer!

The room was great we had 5 adults and one toddler and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and well stocked. You may want to bring extra toilet paper as we ran out. I would also recommend bringing some laundry detergent as there is a washer and dryer as you may run out of clean towels. The property is fantastic with 2 outdoor pools and one indoor. We used all 3. The 2 outdoor pools have hot tubs. The room has a nice view of the ocean as well. They have a really nice walkway that is built over the main road so beach access is really easy maybe a 5 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Hosteeva also gave us an extra hour at checkout on very short notice, and we were very grateful for that.
