A very pleasant hotel to stay at when at Orange Beach! The staff were very kind and asked how the stay and breakfast were. The room was a little damp, but very clean and tidy. The pool was a great spot to relax and still catch glipses of the ocean. I would stay here again if I were to visit the Orange Beach area!

Very nice hotel! Liz at the front desk was very friendly and made you feel like you were welcome. Eddie and Susan do a great job making the food. If you get a chance stop by and talk to Eddie, I enjoyed talking to him about every morning!

We had a great stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! We had to evacuate because of the hurricane. Leslie made sure to reassure us we would be refunded for the nights we couldn’t stay. In the mornings the kitchen staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Some things in the hotel could use a little maintenance/updating, but overall we had a great stay! My favorite part was the ease to the beach and going from the pool to the beach.

We were on first floor so couldn't see the beach. get a higher floor for the views. it wasn't an option at reserving. Nice location to get to other things. Beach clean and beautiful sand. Our room was needing a refresh. Bottom of tub worn and looking dirty along with grout. Had to put a hand towel down on bottom of the tub and carpet needed a good steam cleaning. Beach towels were a bit worn (thinning out) Like having the safe in room for when running down to beach as well as having mini frig for putting water and soda we bought at the store.

The staff was amazing. Eddie on breakfast service was so kind and chipper helping set the mood each morning! The location, right on the beach is perfect! I'd love more variety in the Continental breakfast, I won't want biscuits and gravy for quite a while. Our room, 607, had an issue with the lights above the bed closest to the balcony flickering in and out. The big lamp shade bottom was partially pulling off and the TV had lines through the top third of the screen. I didn't report these during my stay because the impact was minimal to us. The hot tub was down for a couple days on the trip, the sandbar was closed for the season but wasn't updated on the reservation sites.
