"I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). No one was outside so I figured it would be a good time to go down so the kids didn’t bug anyone. The hot tub was at 78 degrees. It was freezing. So we left and went back home to the room. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down...

"We had a lovely visit and the location is beautiful. There were a few issues with the room such as the door kept jamming and we had trouble closing it, the ceiling lights were full of dead bugs, there was no body wash in the shower and there was a thick layer of dust on the kleenex box. For the price we paid, it was a little disappointing and I did expect more attention to detail but the staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is stunning and the room overall was comfortable."

"Best part was the bed, very comfortable and bed sheets were nice. Room was very clean and new. But they advertised on Expedia that they had black out curtains but turns out it’s see through so I had to buy an eye mask for sleep. Another issue is the toilet seat for some reason seemed a size smaller than the actual toilet so it was misaligned, staff was helpful to have maintenance adjust the alignment. Amenities were scattered all across the premise, the gym and sauna you have to drive your car...

"1-our water was turned off without notice for about 3 hrs and then we had to run the water for a 1/2 hr because it was brown as a result of it being well water which is no problem. 2-we were watching a movie and when it was almost over (5 min. left) the bell satellite went out because it started to rain a little bit which is an issue I have had with bell. Our stay was overall a very good one especially since we were there during off season. We would recommend everyone to stay here especially in...
