"The room wasn't as clean as it has been on my previous stays. I was disappointed. They had torn and warned out towels in the room. The toilet bowl wasn't clean. The utensils in the kitchen were pathetic. I teaspoon, 2 forks, 2 knives and 2 tablespoons. They looked as if they were bought from the second hand shop. Mismatched!
However, when I went to the front desk to tell them about the towels etc. She said they don't was the towels. It's outsourced. She did offer me some clean towels which are...

"Everything was fine and as expected. We have stayed at the Adina apartments before and would certainly look to do it again if ever we were back in Canberra.
The staff were excellent and couldn't be faulted.
Our only issue and it is a completely personal one was how soft the bed was and the use of loose fitting as opposed to fitted sheets. This we found a little difficult to get use to but apart from that we could not fault the facility or its staff. We would and have certainly recommended...

"The property has a lovely ambience and offers a comfortable, peaceful, and tranquil stay. However, it needs better maintenance and care. With some improvements to the garden and overall landscaping, it could easily become a charming boutique hotel. I also noticed some possible water quality issues, as there were stains in the toilet, and having a microwave in the room would be a useful addition. Overall, it is a comfortable and relaxing place with great potential to be even better.
Thanks"

"Rooms are clean but may feel a bit small. The bathroom exhaust seems not designed well and is very noisy. The same applies to pool and sauna area. The room do not have a light switch near the bed. Breakfast was good and staff are very friendly. Complimentary mini bar gave us a nice fun evening with friends. We waited a bit longer than expected when checking out due to a longer queue."

"Very happy to come back, everything was taken cared of nicely. Amenities were in complete in good/great shapes and clean, bed was very clean and pillow was excellent! I'm usually not sleeping well every first day of checking in anywhere but I slept well here. Pool was nice and free secured parking was appreciated. The property and area was quiet, easing the stress. The only thing I would suggest is to add some more clothes hangers. Thank you!"
