"Older but very well maintained hotel, hint of mold smell in the rooms, still a lot better than other hotels of similar age. Good location, not really walkable though. Good breakfast. Great kids pool area, could use more loungers. Nice garden area. Nearby mosque can be slightly disturbing at night, high floor helps. Highly professional staff. Would definitely stay again."

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."

"Well equipped gym that is opened 24/7. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the city. Comfortable rooms with renovated facilities like rain shower, bidet, standing lamp and fall into sleep beds and pillows, with very strong air con in the room. Breakfast is wonderful, with variations each day. Staff most welcoming and obliging. When I had an early morning, reception staff Jefry arrange for takeaway American breakfast ready at 5am. Will stay again if in Jakarta."

"Had a great stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with amazing city views, even though it was a bit cloudy while we were there. I had a last-minute request on the day of check-in, and the team was really helpful. Breakfast was great. They had both an à la carte menu and a buffet, plus freshly sliced fruit. Everything we tried was really good. We stayed with Pacific Club access, and honestly it was one of the best club lounges we’ve been to. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. The view was great, and the food was too. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but thank you to the whole Pacific Club team. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out until 3 PM. Highly recommend!!!"
