"It was very convenient for us, we were waiting for our family to arrive at the airport. Super close after picking up our luggage. Staff very nice at the check in and checking out. The breakfast good. Luis one of the cafeteria employee was very helpful, he was on the top of cleaning our table. The price was good, the room was fresh. Recommend 100%"

"Its really nice and romantic. Nice place to unwind after a long touristy day. If you arrive at night it wil be dark and scary. However, in the day, its is quite quaint. Breakfast is wonderful"

"One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

"The common restrooms were unclean and lacked basic toiletries. The staff was inattentive, and we were informed that if we sat by the bar tools, we were expected to purchase drinks and food. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and we ultimately had to go to the bar ourselves to order additional drinks. Overall, the service was poor. When we asked if Spanish music could be played, we were told the music selection was based on the bar’s theme in the Margaritaville next to the pool...

"This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. "

"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

"Staff is very nice, the area is very tucked away. More if you want to stay away from touristy areas and get an actual feel of what boricuas live on a day to day basis. I would just say to remember to request housekeeping."

"Very happy with our stayed at Caribbean Stars, place was clean. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Good parking, close to places we wanted to visit. I will definitely stay there again."

"The room was nice. Unfortunately we can hear everything going on outside.There were doors slamming all night and we can hear the staff have conversations right outside the door for a long period. We are charged $100 for a buffet breakfast and we’re not given the choice to look through a menu when other guests were given that option. Experience over all was ok. "
