"Only a brief transit stay but I was impressed with communication and helpfulness of staff, they booked taxis for me from and to airport (which I was grateful for as a solo female traveller on a flight that landed early in the morning). Room was super clean, shower was good, bed and pillows very clean and very comfortable. Excellent selection of food and drinks at breakfast."

"I had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth, and the entire team was always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed and amenities made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The hotel's location in Aerocity is excellent, just a few minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered an outstanding variety of cuisines, all prepared to a very high standard. The quality, freshness, and presentation were exceptional, and the hospitality of the restaurant staff made every meal even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding dining, and exceptional service. "Very convenient - albeit quite big and impersonal - hotel in the Aerocity close to the airport. Luxurious and tidy and well-run. The room has experienced a flood from the shower or the bath and the carpet on one side of the bed was very damp. Had unpacked before this was noticed and stayed only for one night. But did report to reception the following morning so hopefully now fixed. Perfect for one night prior to flying out or vice versa."
