"Modern Super clean room with large bathroom & good water pressure + walk-in shower. Great kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Excellent storage. Fast WiFi. Very helpful staff (by email). "Great quite hotel, next to the mountains, forest, hiking routes. Value for money, as it has Indian restaurant, open pool, saunas. The only think to improve is to install A/C, as too hot in the rooms in the summer"

Lo negativo muy incómoda de subir maletas y aunque entiendo el tema de no tener aire acondicionado por sus reglas fue imposible dormir es un sauna de caliente es el ático y las ventanas son miniatura para abrir y en pleno verano. Me parece increíble que no tengan abanico en el techo o pared .el resto muy bien."

"The property was fine but at 20 minutes bus ride out of town and not a lot around it as it’s a commercial area. It would have been better to stop in town? The place was clean tidy and fine for one night. Chur is not some where I would stayed for more nights but we came off the glacier express to go to Lucerne which was amazing place."

"This hotel has self check-in and check-out and nobody is around so it’s all a bit strange. There was someone working at the coffee shop at one point but we had no interaction with anyone from the hotel. We went to get a cup of coffee from the amenity station..and there was no hot water or coffee available…and of course the coffee shop was closed. Hard to rate customer service when there is literally no service! It was clean and the bed was comfortable. No real complaints, just a strange...

"We had two adjacent rooms which were small and we had only one fan with no AC. We had to have the window open at night in the unberable heat and people were close to the windows.. There were also bells ringing constantly. The breakfast was good. Self check in was easy and convenient."
