"This is the 3rd time we stayed at this Intercontinental Hotel for birthday celebration and the close proximity to the Kaseya Center to attend concerts. The view from the room is beautiful and room-bathrooms were clean. This last time our experience was different which negatively impacted my rating. The hotel was too crowded due to several conventions/schools' parties/guest attending the outside parked SEAFAIR Yacht party, etc. It smells marijuana in many common areas as elevator, rooms...

"What I didn’t like is that my card only worked for my floor. Although I understand stand why!! It clearly doesn’t work for a family vacation when rooms are on different floors. I love the unique design of the rooms! And very convenient location!"

I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit since we ended up needing it during our stay. "We booked with guaranteed free parking in the price, but once we got there the host told us it was full and we had to pay to park, the host was rude and unhelpful about it. Check in was a hassle, and contacting him was just as difficult. Inside, it smelled like dog pee, the sheets were dirty, and we even found old underwear under the couch. We had to wash the sheets ourselves the next day. Overall, one of the worst experiences we’ve had very disappointing. I dont reccomend to anyone !"

"One of the worst stays I’ve had. Bed was dirty, room was fine but windows looking out were dirty, just seemed like a landlord special painted white over everything. Walls were paper thin and the staff are friendly but not helpful. The elevators, there are only two, and they both suck. Takes forever to get one down or up. Needless to say for the price this wasn’t a great deal."
