"My only complaints would be with communication. The front desk explained to us that we would have a two for one breakfast buffet promotion. We had breakfast at the buffet one day but not the next day. They never told us the promotion was only valid if we had the buffet both days. Do we got charged full price. "I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door , only the separate toilet . Not very nice when you are staying with a friend no privacy . Also supposedly the roof terrace closes at 11 pm , the times it was closed when we tried to access and it it was stil 10pm , our room was very dark . Didn’t eat at the hotel . Only ordered room service - club sandwich once it was ok not great . Staff were friendly ."

"I was very disappointed with this stay especially given that I paid nearly $400 per night and upgraded to a room with a view. The biggest issue was that the room did not match the room advertised. The listing showed a large window with an open city view, but my room had a much smaller window with the view largely blocked by an emergency staircase. I specifically paid extra for this room category and felt misled. The room was also missing advertised amenities. Bathrobes were listed but not...
