"Only negative that you might want to be aware of is that it was fairly loud, the sound of bottles being dumped at a nearby recycling station in the morning , and kids screaming from the nearby playground. Not much the hotel could do about these things. Positives: excellent staff, great breakfast, clean property. We will be back."

"We had a charming fairytale stay in the hotel which was grand and lavish. The hotel was ideally located with stunning views of the mountains and glacier, set in beautiful gardens, we enjoyed eating in the restaurant for exceptional food and views out into the wilderness. The concierge was very helpful with suggesting hikes and seeing yodellers on the mountain. The head waiter was outstanding and an asset to the hotel. The hotel has no car access so must be accessed by the local hillside train, which added to holiday bliss staying in a beautiful town lost in time and culture."

"Charming hotel with all of the amenities you would want. Very close to the train station. We had a room overlooking the street so it was noisy at night. It was a heat wave so we left our windows open and people in the street did not observe the official quiet hours of the country. Otherwise, the views were beautiful, the buffet breakfast (included) was wonderful and the hosts were available, friendly and eager to please. No free snacks available during the day. No daily housekeeping except for making the bed."

"We didn't use the amenities; however, they looked great in the photos. The view is amazing, and the location is great, being just across the road from the train station. I LOVED that it is a car-free village other than municipal vehicles and some from the hotels further away from the train station. Highly recommend this location!!!"

"This was an exceptionally positive experience. After being rudely treated throughout the day, we checked into the Jungfraublick with a smiling, welcoming and helpful Marrissa. The stay continued to get better with the Manager, John and the restaurant staff. The room was impeccably clean, the grounds were so inviting to sit an stare at the beauty that surrounds it. It's a 10 for us!"
