The staff were very helpful—every time we returned to the hotel with shopping bags, they would carry them for us and even help bring them up the stairs. Even in the heat, they offered us water to keep us hydrated. It felt very safe and truly like a home away from home."

"I arrived at Incheon Airport at 10:00 p.m., so I checked into the hotel around 11:30 p.m. I was relieved to find a staff member there. I requested the lower bunk of the bed, but it was not available, so I had to climb up for 4 days with a lot of danger. There is also only one key card given for the hotel, but you can place a random card in the slot to keep the power running while you are out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
