Room was very tidy and clean. Had underfloor heating (which can be turned down via the hotel staff as it was much too warm for us), air conditioning and WiFi controllable lighting. Very nice bathroom also. Plenty of amenities available and staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was simple but has all the necessities. There is also a self serve instant noodle station and also in the same floor a self serve laundry.

Great value, very clean, excellent location

Clean comfortable hotel, excellent location, walkable to the Daereungwan Tomb sites and the Observatory. Staff could be a little friendlier but overall answered our questions matter of factly.

Staff was so helpful. Bathroom was 3 times bigger than most hotel. Breakfast/ Slicing fruit every time they needed, so fresh. You could smell the croissants baking.

The hotel was easy to find from the train station with my phone. The location was walkable to all the tourist attractions that we wanted to visit.the shower is not enclosed so when showering the whole bathroom gets soaking wet and there is no heated floor so takes a long time to dry. Very small counter space to put toiletries onto.The best thing about this hotel is its location and very safe. Dining options are are about a twenty minute walk.

Clean and spacious room although ancient furnitures ( so old furnitures compare to great modernized inside). So clean. Hot tub never used.

Stayed in a suite which is basically a larger room with a small seating area. Modern and relatively comfortable no frills hotel. Self service check in and not before 3pm but handy large lockers for luggage storage. Good location for both buses and all the sights. Basic buffet breakfast included. Didnt like that only small towels are provided (hand towel size) and shower is in the middle of the bathroom with no screen or curtain.

Very comfortable , clean hotel in a very convenient location. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower and large tub. Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Secure lockers to leave luggage if not leaving the area at check-out time. Free bottles of cold water for the room and to take out during the day. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable simple stay

Overall a comfortable stay at Hotel Palace. The shower is next to the toilet but the hotel provides separate bathroom slippers. Central location next to night market, an easy walk to the Royal tombs and OAR Contemporary Art Museum and plenty of local bus lines near the hotel. It's about a 15min walk from Gyeongju Express Bus Terminal or an easy bus ride (bus right across from terminal).

Small hotel but room is good size and clean, lunchroom has ramen for arrival snack, breakfast is ok, nice reception, the ladies there are friendly and helpful, although hotel doesn’t give bath towels only hand towels size for energy conservation's which it’s understandable, we made it work, there are bathrobes though.

Stayed for 2 nights in a triple room. Room is clean, new and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. A simple breakfast spread is served. Located within 3 mins walk to a bus stop that has service routes to bulguksa, intercity bus terminal and historical areas. Within walking distance to Jungang market as well. Surrounding hotel area may be a bit quiet and dark at night. Bathroom size could be reduced to provide more sleeping and storage space. Also, would be good if shower area can be kept separate to avoid wetting the rest of the bathroom.

This hotel is very well located for main tourist attractions in Gyeongju , with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance . Convenient lockers for storing luggage prior to and after check in , which was a real benefit to us . Rooms are compact but perfectly adequate , and overall this hotel is great value for money .
