"we ate there the night before we left. We ordered dessert online. The server made us show her our receipt for the dessert before bringing it to our table. When she finally brought our dessert she was very sour and didn’t even apologize. Seemed very rude."

"The premises itself is okay. The pool is very nice. Hotel is terribly let down by the quality of the staff. They need to be sent on a 6 month customer service training course. The only decent staff member was the chap at the swimming pool."

"Excellent stay! The parking was a huge plus and especially important as my husband was travelling by motorbike. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. "Lovely staff and excellent location. Rooms look as though they have been recently refurbished. Cold breakfast selection not as good as it used to be but good variety of cooked breakfasts on offer. I found the restaurant very cold in the evening but fine in the morning. Plenty of supplies in the room, tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toiletries etc."
