"This hotel is an old property. It had signs posted that is was currently under renovation, but the only indicator of renovation was a bucket in a hallway to catch dripping water from a dysfunctional air conditioning unit on the roof. The property is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. "

"Super helpful staff!! We had an incident with our car while in town. They allowed us a special delivery to get the part we needed delivered right to the hotel and their maintenance staff were kind enough to lend my husband some tools to do the quick repair. On top of that, they helped us print some important docs we needed and were always willing to come up to the room to bring us extra bedding/supplies. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Very hard to have a good nights sleep because there is a very bright light outside both windows and no blackout curtains. The entire room was lit up all night. As well as the A/C was very loud. Staff has very limited hours and never spoke with anyone in person our entire stay."

"We love staying at the Spirit Ridge for its beautiful views, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Love the wineries and the restaurant on site. Our last stay was mid April 2026, and it wasn’t great unfortunately due to some junior sports championships happening in the town of Osoyoos. The pool was filled with loud 10-12 year olds who kept playing ball, screaming at the top of their lungs, and running around. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub with our little child. Kept getting splashed and hit by the ball. Eventually I’ve had to call the management who showed up right away and asked the kids to put the ball away. Bottom line, they’ve restarted soon as the manager left. The frustrating part is that it took a phone complaint for them to show up, and I wasn’t interested in continuing to call them. I wish I knew that a large crowd of kids was staying at the hotel that weekend, I’d chose to stay elsewhere. My advise is to check ahead of time for the local events in town before you head there."
