"The hotel experienced a power outage (not their fault) but made no effort to mitigate the impact. Cold shower, no breakfast, no offer to make things easier in any way, and no offer of credit or refund. It was obvious that upper management had not given the desk clerk any options at all to deal with a crisis. "

"No issues with my stay. Clean room, bathroom, towels, sheets(I checked). Water pressure was good. Water was hot. Breakfast was fine. Sausage was weird. The lady at check in checked me in so fast. She was nice. I could see my car from my room which was nice. No issues at all. Will stay again."

"An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen"

"The staff was very polite. Just a note, if you book online and you have a pet, the pet fee is not included. You have to pay it when you check in. I truly enjoyed my stay. "

"Very loud occupants who woke us up all through the night banging doors and running up the stairs. The hotel room curtains were off the rail and had holes in them. There was no toothpaste, one tiny bottle of shampoo and two soaps. There was a heavy smell of weed throughout the property up until the room. The keypad on the door was broken. No breakfast was provided even though it was advertised as such. Very poor stay we didn’t sleep all night and had to leave at 6 am. The tub and toilet were...

"The room was clean and the people were very accommodating. The only “issue” was the water pressure in the shower and if coffee makers in the room is a must have for someone this place ain’t that. They do offer coffee in the lobby though. Just the rooms don’t have them. Other than that the place is fine. The curtains are amazing! They blackout the room very well! The location is great. So much to do in that area and not hard to get to all the big areas from there with highway access so close. "
