"It was our first time in osaka. We really love the hotel. Near the train station, near dotonbori. The hotel staff are very helpful and respectful. We are so amazed how APA hotel thought of all the things needed for all the hotel guest. They have a 7-11 inside the building so the guest can buy food anytime when they are hungry or thristy. The even have cold and hot water dispenser. the laundry room is so clean, they even have a machine to suction all your things so your luggage will not be bulky. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again."

"Amazing stay for my first time in Osaka. The hotel was amazing and well maintained and the staff was unbelievably helpful. They made luggage transfer to Tokyo an absolute breeze. They have laundry facilities on the third floor as well as an ironing and steaming room. Will definitely use them again when I come back to Osaka."

"The property is a 7-10 minute walk from Osaka station, which was easily routed via Google Maps & was easy for 2 middle-aged people who do a fair amount of walking. It's much closer to Nishi-Umeda station for further travel around the city. Rooms were clean & very nice. There was a small, booth-style seating area with table in each room. There were 2 pillows on each bed: a much more firm buckwheat pillow & a very soft pillow. Our two beds were pushed together in mine & my husband's room, or they can be separated as they were in our kid & their friend's room. I initially thought I had booked the rooms with tubs but when it turned out I had not, it was very easy to upgrade for a minimal price increase (¥1000 per room per night) to get the Japanese style shower/bath combo. Let me tell you it's WORTH IT. There is nothing like scrubbing clean while you fill your bath & then soaking in bath salts after a long day of walking around Osaka. ALWAYS go for the tub room! The air conditioner was difficult to figure out...until we realized there were instructions for it on the table. The lights & A/C work based on whether your key card is in the little slot by the door, so the A/C doesn't work while you're out. If you're American like us, this means you won't come back to a cold room. It didn't both us, but I know some people really prefer that. Overall I found this an incredible price for this stay & I will absolutely choose Intergate again when we come back to Osaka."
