We stayed on a 2 night cruise in July. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Ronald (Customer Service Manager) and his team went above and beyond to help me out when I purchased some pearls from a pearl farm on our day trip. The earrings were faulty and broke. The staff tried so hard to contact the pearl farm to help me get a replacement, which happened. Thankyou team! The rooms are amazing but travellers need to be aware that while the government and cruise liners are coming to agreement, there is no wifi (starlink doesnt work) therefore no TV. Drinks are expensive But there is alot to choose from the buffet menu. Highlights are waking up at 5am and watching the beautiful sunrise. Recommendations for the Celina of the Seas would be to include some bubble-bath for guests to use with the beautiful bathtubs. Maybe also create some USB's with movie options doe guests who wish to relax in their rooms, or have children who need some quiet time (while there is no wifi). Recommendation to travellers is to stay for 2 nights to enjoy the beautiful area without feeling too rushed. Each ship has specific itineraries for guests whether they are staying one night, or two, and the days start early. Highlight was definitely the staff - so friendly, energetic, and so obviously trying to ensure we had the best stay possible.

We would like to take a moment to leave kind review. We had an absolutely wonderful time on our recent cruise with Celina of The Seas! From the moment we stepped aboard, everything was just perfect. The staff truly made our trip exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality was outstanding! We were also thoroughly impressed with the dining experience. The food was consistently delicious, with a fantastic variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed at every meal. The journey itself was wonderfully smooth; we didn't experience any seasickness, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing voyage. Our Executive Suite with the private balcony was an absolute dream – having that personal space to unwind and take in the breathtaking ocean views was such a luxury. We truly loved every moment of it and felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The activities on board were also a lot of fun and really added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation. We had such a memorable and positive experience. I would enthusiastically recommend Celina of The Seas Cruise to anyone looking for an incredible and relaxing getaway! 💞

I had an unforgettable experience cruising through Ha Long Bay. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking — thousands of limestone karsts rising from the emerald water made every moment feel magical. The boat was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We visited stunning caves, kayaked through peaceful lagoons, and enjoyed delicious meals on board with fresh local flavors. The sunset from the deck was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. This cruise was the highlight of my trip to Vietnam. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation, adventure, and incredible natural beauty. A perfect experience from start to finish!
