"The hotel was a good choice in regards to affordability in the area. It had old world charm but would have liked a few more amenities and a few more updates. The room got warm as there was no AC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but most food ran out quickly and was not replaced quickly. Our room had a spectacular view of Jungfraujoch which made up for many things."

"Unfortunately, this hotel falls short of its advertised standards. It’s more of a 3-star vs 4. The family room, which was awkwardly split and located in the old attic, had only one AC unit, which was insufficient for the entire room. Beds and especially pillows were so uncomfortable. The breakfast options were limited. There was only one cooking station available to make eggs or omelets for the entire breakfast area. Honestly, i wouldn’t recommend it"

"We travelled in July and had a bad experience with the hotel . Front desk was rude told us not to flood the bathroom and use the curtains properly . Also that not to cook food in the kettle. That was insulting . We had to sign a form to that effect . When we looked at the room it had an odor to it and we decided to check outright away so as not to aggravate our child’s allergies. It was a booking for 3 nights and since it was a no cancellation after a certain date did not get a refund even for...

"Our kids loved the garden area and bin of toys to play with in the grass. The hotel room was quite small but was designed very well considering. Parts of the hotel seem updated and nice while others (like the shower) were a bit older."

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"

"Absolutely loved this hotel, check in was super easy as is all automatic and we arrived late. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice and beautifully laid out. Everywhere was clean and there were lots of little touches to make the stay the best, a free tea and coffee station, fridge for guest use, books, picnic blankets, dog bowls and children's games all for borrowing, plus you could borrow an adaptor for your whole...
