"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. "Good size room. Well situated. We had a beautifull view from the room. Contact went really smooth, we asked for extra pillows and they were brought immediately. It is quite close to a busy road, so traffic is hearable. Had to close the window at night."

Restaurant attached does not advertise it's prices for evening meals at the door or provide a menu. We were simply directed to the buffet with no mention of the bar food option. To pay £150 for 3 buffet meals (& drinks) was hugely expensive (& that included a 20% discount). Had we known of the bar food option, we would have almost certainly simply...

"Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. "Fire alarms were set off approximately 11:30pm. Unfortunately after an international flight this was very intrusive. The alarms continued to sound on and off for the better part of an hour with no clear understanding from the team as to how to get them under control. We ultimately left in the middle of the night to find another hotel, as my son was concerned the alarms would continue to sound and could not get back to sleep."
