The good- 1) friendly staff 2) they allow pets 3) the diner next door is amazinggggggg!!!!! The bad- the lobby is clean but they rooms are meh… room carpet stained, bathroom floor had hair and pee near the toilet, toilet seat was filthy as if the bathroom toilet seat wasn’t cleaned in a while. The shower walls had hair on it. I saw a roach crawling along the wall and it went inside an electrical outlet. I really want to give this place more than a 3 but I just can’t.

I enjoy staying here due to the rooms r nice and clean the hotel has came a long way due to the general management she has turned this place around and it’s the best hotel I have been at all the staff are nice and very knowledgeable and friendly

The staff was friendly and thats the only good thing about this hotel. My room was missing the bathroom doorknob. The only blanket was the top comforter and it didn't look to clean. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush even toilet paper unless you held down the handle the whole time and even then it didn't want to flush. There was no hot water at 8:30 pm or 7am. They also took a $50 deposit for insadentles which in not a problem. The problem is they told us it would take 3-5 business days to get back on my card. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again.

There are no phones in the rooms. How does the hotel notify guests if someone comes in for them. My cell phone was off, so this made it difficult. No coffee pot in room as advertised, remote to tv only good for sound, no ice maker working/non-existant. The plus are staff nice, pet friendly, very quiet, clean room, quiet heater/good heat, good location for anything you need and any event to go to in Washington County/city. Shopping and restaurants. Overall a great experience. Overall
