"The property was well maintained and the room was as advertised. The checkin process took us a little by surprise (no front desk) but once I checked my Expedia messages I was on the right path and it was clear and easy."

"We reserved a comfort suite because we wanted the extra bedroom and full kitchen. However, when checking in, we were told they gave our room to a guest who wanted to extend their stay, so they put us in a Superior Double Room instead. No extra bedroom. No kitchen. No adjustment in price or partial refund. They offered us one day of free breakfast (which we did not take) to compensate the change in room. If we had wanted their breakfast, we would have booked that. We wanted the extra space and kitchen that we paid for. So, in the end, we paid a higher price for a lesser room. And to top it off, hotels.com was no help because the hotel has a “strict cancellation policy.” WE DID NOT CANCEL! The hotel changed our stay with no notice or real effort to help us put. Bottom line, I do not recommend. And, hotels.com does not back up their customers. Look elsewhere."

A wonderful touch is the 24 hour trust station with snacks, drinks, and complimentary water, which makes the stay feel effortless. Step outside to gentle walking paths and open sky that invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature. A simple, beautiful escape. Deutsch Das Berghotel Kristall wirkt vom ersten Moment an beruhigend, eingebettet in eine ruhige Landschaft mit weitem Blick. Die Einrichtung ist warm und durchdacht, mit sanftem Licht, gemütlichen Sitzbereichen und einladenden Rückzugsorten. Große Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und verstärken die entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Mahlzeiten sind einfach und gut, im Bistro-Stil serviert.
