We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same dirty old thing). The building is undergoing some construction inside (very hot in the lobby and in elevators). Overall very run down. Too bad for such a beautiful location. I have taken multiple pictures and happy to share "
