The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. Don't forget to check out the rooftop at night for a nice view of the city lights. Overall, we had a great experience, clean room, close to los of shops and cafes, and very affordable.

Ok hotel

Pretty basic place, with an ok location. The room was a little worn down, but it was quiet (except form when our neighbor was singing and clapping) and had nice beds. When we checked in, the guy at the reception hardly spoke any English, and when we came the next day to ask the questions that he could not answer, there was no-one there. I found this a little frustrating. But overall an ok place for a fair enough price. The outdoor-areas are not as nice as in the pictures.

Small hotel with great rooftop views.

Stayed 1 night here. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there was a courtyard you could outside in. There is also a rooftop you can sit on with great views over Hiafa.

Great Management and Service

The hotel management and staff were very helpful. The breakfast served by the hotel was very good and served in a garden atmosphere. Lastly, there is a roof-top patio that provides a great view of Haifa Port.
