Staff. Tracey at reception was absolutely lovely. Beds are clean and comfy.
This hotel could do with a thorough deep clean though. Dust and stains on walls, and carpet is questionable. It’s fine for a one.night stay."

"Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and the rest of the hotel was lovely. Two spoilers for me, the lift is extremely small and difficult to operate, I have mobility issues which made it even worse. First breakfast on the Sunday, was buffet and very nice. 2nd breakfast on the Monday was from a menu, it was cold, not cooked very well and the tea was cold too. Not enjoyable."

"just be careful if you book the superior delux .... it most definitely is not superior its a plain double room , then the reception staff try charge you twice for something you already paid then proceed to argue about you not paying it , thankfully i had proof but they took 2 payments already then i made them refund.... so my de stressing escalated too stress on leaving.... pointless stay 😡😡"
