"Our stay at the Hilton was extremely disappointing! We had to have maintenance to the room three times to repair safe issues and light issues.
On the final day of our stay the room was not serviced despite the room being vacant from 10am until 7:30pm. We called the front desk and it took about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring before it was answered. We were told there were other customers which was why it took so long to answer the phone. That was an outright lie as we had just come from the lobby not two minutes earlier and there were no customers in the lobby or at the front desk. The night manager, with whom we spoke, was rude and attempted to blame the room not being serviced on the fact that we had the privacy sign on our door until we departed that morning at 10am!! It seems reasonable that one would have the privacy sign on the door while the room is occupied yet customer service had the entire day from 10am to service the room which was not done!! I’m very disappointed with the service at this Hilton and the demeanor of the personnel and will certainly keep this in mind when seeking hotels in the future!!"
