Bad stay at Treebo Lakeside Inn-Nainital

Although booked for 3 no. of adults when asked for extra bed given only a mattress to sleep in the floor. Very small, unclean, shabby rooms. No AC in any rooms (although not required in Nainital yet details displayed in site should be exact). Location is good.

Nothing great except the location !

The place is a run down hotel located on mall road. Do not pay anything more that Rs. 3000 for this place. its a complete rip off ! Everything from the fittings, laundry, furniture, service is reminiscent of a two star hotel...that too a badly maintained one.

Awesome stay at Treebo Lakeside Inn

Location was too good. Though the room was in the back side, there was a lobby/balcony from where the view of Nainital lake was very beautiful. The hotel booking on EP basis would be preferred as the complementary breakfast served seems to be much expensive compared to its menu.

1. Rooms are too congested, No sunlight, Choked Basin, Water speed poor etc. 2. Hotel catering staff (The Chief) sincerely need a lesson on hospitality.

The rooms are to small. Washrooms are small & not clean. Old infrastructure , still not maintained. The staff was very pleasant & supportive. But the view from the gallery is excellent. The parking facility is good.
