"There were urine stains on the toilet, footprints in the shower, front staff was very rude. There were homeless people walking around parking lot. There was an abandoned hotel next-door, They were staying in. Hotel was loud, and very crowded with people walking up and down the aisles, and playing music in the parking lot."

"While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️"

"There was 4 of us in a 2 beds room and they charged me extra $40.00. There was only 2 towels in the room and when I requested extra towels, our request was ignored. Management is terrible. Weddings were not fresh and they reused bedsheets from previous guess. I really want a refund of my stay."

"4.5 stars. We stopped for one night, and had an overall good experience. It was clean, everyone was friendly, the A/C worked, the pool was lovely. My only caveats were the fact that we booked for a family of 3, but bedding was not provided for the sofa bed and when I went downstairs to ask for it, I was told there wasn't any. Thankfully we had brought a sleeping bag, but that didn't seem right. Breakfast was available but basic. The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept it very clean."

"The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room."

"The staff really makes the stay. All of them are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and wanted. We've stayed multiple times and now some feel like family or old friends!"

"The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay"

"Large room. Comfortable bed. Light in bathroom not working. Had to speak to staff through glass, sometimes difficult to understand. Sign at front dest showing Wi-Fi password was difficult to read. Hand written. I took photo of it to my room and still had to go back to the desk for assistance."

"The staff only support was giving me a plunger to unclog the toilet. The property was under construction and the amenities wasn't any. The dresser had burn marks the toilet unclean and the bed mattress was scary. I should be given a refund or rebate."
