"The hotel and room were gorgeous and immaculately clean. We checked in late from a long day, and the concierge was so kind and helpful."

"Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise pollution being so close to the highway.. Our room looked aesthetically. OK bathroom was clean….. We had two queen beds and on the nightstand between the beds when we return to our room day one, were hundreds of tiny, dark brown ants. This occurred around 8 PM at night and there was no one from maintenance or housekeeping to help us, but the registration clerk found a can of raid which we used ourselves and of course the smell was horrendous…"
