"The room was falling apart. I was there for a few weeks nothing ever got repaired that I requested. The fan was broken in the bathroom the cabinets were coming off their hinges. I left an accurate negative review and then the next time I went to check in after being booked online they told me I could not stay there because the manager was angry that I left the bad review and put me into the system to not rent to anymore as some kind of weird revenge. "Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. The sink faucet was so wobbly that it wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance is definitely not a priority. The towels were threadbare. Seriously!?!? The rugs and...
