"We loved our stay at Nala. It is a very charming boutique hotel in a great location with good amenities, including a delicious breakfast. Lea at the front desk was particularly helpful with booking our restaurant and train reservations. Lea was knowledgeable and spoke multiple languages. Monica in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. There are outdoor spaces to enjoy and the property is very clean and charming inside and out."

Good location steps from the old town, though there's a midsize tram stop out front and an urban thoroughfare Sonora not the quietest.
Lack of desk staff is kind of weird but keeps cost down.
I'd recommend skipping the breakfast. The WiFi was basically nonexistent."
