"Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. "We had such a lovely stay at the Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The views of the mountains from the hotel were truly magnificent, we couldn’t get enough of them and even decided to stay an extra night just to enjoy it all a little longer. Highly recommend!"

"Our room was wonderful. We looked out over the river towards old town. Even though we were directly above a busy road, we did not hear it due to the high quality windows. It was easy to walk to Innsbruck Old Town and enjoy a beer. Behind the hotel is an excellent pizzeria. Their pizza is the best. Parking was easy, and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again. "
