"Extremely clean and modern with a lot of amenities--big stone bathtub with hot water, excellent A/C (though hard to moderate, but it keeps you cool!), good room service every day. Very pretty grounds. The wi-fi is terrible, though, so don't expect to be able to do much of anything with it. (Prepare for data roaming.) Decent breakfast every day. Not too far from Forbidden City and Jonshin Park (1.5 miles; not a bad walk.) Very helpful, friendly staff. Welcome gifts. "

"This property is located right in the middle of some Hutongs. It is surrounded by amazing shopping with tons of local food and shops. It is even close to many historical locations such as the forbidden palace and Tiananmen square. Even though the surrounding area, the rooms are quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the street. "Staying at this hotel was a really pleasant experience. Rooms are very clean. Hotel staff were very helpful. English was good with some but not all staff so make sure you have a translator app and you'll have no problem. Also, be careful to look for their red sign on a fence as the hotel is down an alley, not on the main street. Be sure to take exit E3 from Wangfujing Station and you'll be a 3 minute walk away. "
