"Sink was blocked and had a slow drain. Informed staff, but no maintenance was available over weekend. They did offer to change room. Room had a moldy smell. A/C was not adequate in cooling room sufficiently, it was end of July 2026 in London, the temperatures were high. Car park onsite was excellent, although pricey. Staff were friendly. Gym was small and also had a moldy smell."

"Town centre hotel with paid parking only a short walk away. (Although a somewhat complex price structure). Reception also has limited hours. Room clean and tidy though somewhat compact."

It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

"We would have rated the Castle excellent if we had slept better, but having a room on the busy main road made that difficult…we could imagine that another back room was much quieter. But the atmosphere was nice and both dinner and breakfast freshly cooked and well-presented were all enjoyable."

"We stayed at the Bromley Court Hotel while visiting family in Forest Hill. The hotel is a great base for South London in general. It's a little outside the centre of Bromley but very quiet and a real plus was that the hotel has lots of parking. Our room was pretty standard but clean and comfortable. The hotel has a super restaurant with very friendly staff - we had an evening meal and our breakfasts there, all excellent. One of the standout features of the hotel is its beautiful gardens - great...

"As always we had a lovely stay. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy and the food, especially the breakfast is lovely. Just a note to say they are planning on closing at some point in the future - we were told it would be August next year so do check if you ring to book. We hope to return again before they close.
