"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night."

"The photos that was posted looked really catfish especially the rooms and the front desk staff didn’t know how to adjust anything and she couldn’t get in contact with the owners, the rooms were not fully cleaned and they overcharge us because they blessed up the dates and said different days or more expensive which I felt was a lie because they was nothing listed like that before booking. Never again"

"This was our fourth time there, absolutely my favorite place! I’ve actually never left a review before but there was an incident this year with the resort fee that left a bad taste in my mouth. We know about it and have paid it every year but I was told by a very rude front desk girl named Keke. She told us the resort fee and the parking was due at the time of check out but after the first night we went down to watch the sunrise and got locked out of our room at 7am because they tried taking out...

"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, to the stores and rent a bike around the corner, Easy to visit and get there."

"The staff was super friendly from the start. I was being able to check in at noon and they even personally walked us to the correct elevator that led to our room. I got the room with the terrace which was super cute, to have your own little terrace to lay out and tan during the day or relax with a drink during sunset. The room had everything needed minus a microwave which I wish it did. Room service is available and the food was really good, dinner time in the courtyard was quite popular...

"Clean room, hotel has happy hour with free drinks using a voucher and free snacks, free breakfast and a great vibe on a Friday night! Amazing Singer in lobby and great music after singer finished as well. Fun stay! Room was huge!"

"Shower water pressure was extremely low…..in both bathrooms. One trash can in the kitchen. None nowhere else….in a two bedroom unit. “Leather furniture was cracking and peeling”. We didn’t sit on the furniture. I sat on the end table, when watching TV in the living room. Washer/dryer was out of service. And the ice machine on our floor was out. We have stayed at this property three previous times. No time was perfect, but we liked the overall stay, so we would come back This time there were...

"Front line staff was super friendly every interaction we had. Rooms were cleaned when requested with no issue. Wish the room came with microwave to warm up the food we put in fridge. 24/7 concierge super beneficial and daily breakfast was average- no worse or better than regular continental breakfast at any other hotel. Bathroom did appear to have a pest problem. Big ants with wings dying in piles underneath the sink which was visible. Sometimes our belongings were covered with dead bug wings....

"Nice hotel but was a long walk to beach from room location over the walkway across the street (ocean view). Packed on the weekend so the small pool is over packed. Beach is amazing! Worth the stay."

"Good service. Close to the airport and helped us booked our onward transport to the cruise port the following day. This is our second time staying here for the same purpose and it’s been great both times!"
