"The room was cleaned daily, which was very appreciated when you have two kids under 10. It was also pretty spacious and the beds were comfy! You can grab all your transport passes and tickets right from the hotel lobby or reception, which is really handy. And seriously, the entrance to Kloten station and the bus stop for the airport is ridiculously close! You can get to Zurich HB in just 10 minutes."

"I am a manual wheelchair user so upon arrival they upgraded me to a fully accessible room. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room had hardwood floors, low bed, padded shower chair, roll under sink and grab bars. The resturant is wheelchair accessible via the kitchen. The executive lounge in not wheelchair accessible. The airport shuttle is a sprinter van and not wheelchair accessible if you cannot transfer out of your wheelchair."
