"Room was clean and breakfast (overnight oats the best) was amazing. Although check in was at 15:00 staff kindly allowed us to use spa area to shower/freshen up before we headed out for the day as we arrived at the hotel 11:00am. Very close to train station, LIdl and Migros close by too. Felt like a safe and clean area. Would definitely recommend staying here."

If we knew that a/c is not going to be available up front, we would have booked a different room/location at a lower rate Although the outside weather was comfortable (for the first 2 days) to sleep with the windows open, the street level noise plus the smell of cigarette etc was heavy"

"Worst experience of my life. No one to pick up the call at room service, housekeeping despite calling 20 times. At 1130pm, the receptionist came and told us to keep our 2 year old quiet else they will come back and take action. Such low level of service and basic decency. I had heard that switzerland hotel staff are rude but experienced it 1st hand."

"Very comfortable property. Close to stores to get groceries. Restaurants close by as well. Very clean and washer and dryer was a plus."

"The hotel room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel making getting there and around town extremely easy."

"Wifi is horrible, not consistent and would constantly drop. Location is great, close to tram and close to airport. There are supermarkets nearby. Free breakfast was good with enough selections."

"Lovely hotel, big comfortable room with two proper chairs (yay!) and surprisingly quiet. Easy to get to the Hauptbahnhof or Central in about 5 mins on the frequent tram service. We didn't know that the breakfast was veggie (although they did offer you the chance to ask for cold sliced meats if you wanted). Didn't bother us, but it would be good to know in advance. Our only complaint (and it's BIGGIE!) is the self check-in system and their poor communication about it. We received an email about...

"I recently had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel. We stayed for three nights, and throughout our entire visit, we never had the chance to change our towels because there was no staff available to ask for assistance or to clean our room. To make matters worse, we were required to pay £25 just to have the room cleaned. This level of service is unacceptable and made our experience extremely unpleasant. 👎"

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"Good location. TV not possible to use as there is no battery in the remote control. Bed lights are not possible to connect due to different standards of light power cables and receptacles. Balcony was not clean from garbage tissue paper. Overall experience is good due to good location."
