"The room was small, but clean and tidy. The bathroom had a large vanity mirror, which women of my age need in the mornings! The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a large choice available at breakfast. Make sure you inform them if you want vegetarian (I didn't, so did not ask for anything specifically vegetarian, that was not out). It is 10 minutes walk from the train station or 3 minutes from a tram stop."

"The hotel and staff were excellent. It’s only a short walk to the train station, which made it a good base to travel from, but it’s still quiet and easy to sleep. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable, particularly during the heat wave. It would be nice if there was a recycling bin in the room, but I have no actual complaints."

"The room was clean but a little small. The amenities were ok but nothing special. There was a lack of storage or place to organise things. The staff were ok but not specially friendly and I had to ask for quite a few things. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food."
