From housekeeping to restaurant staff and reception staff were all courteous and always willing to make your stay pleasant. Rooms were nice and always well presented by housekeeping staff. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel ticks the boxes in terms of the basics you require when travelling to India in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and bathroom facilities. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping is done whenever you request it if you miss the original slot. Pesticide is regularly sprayed to keep bugs out. The negatives are a lack of daylight in rooms (although this keeps temperature down) and very expensive laundry. Breakfast was ok, not amazing. Room service...
